01 The session

We treat the person, not a routine.

Every session includes deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and other techniques such as dry needling, scraping or cupping. A movement and range of motion assessment is included, and guidance on exercise rehabilitation is part of the session too.

Chris Di Losa

Chris Di Losa standing in front of anatomy charts

I’ve had a passion for health, movement, and the human body from a young age, and combining that with helping people naturally led me into remedial massage therapy.

With over 5 years of experience and a Diploma of Remedial Massage, I work with gym-goers, strength athletes, and everyday clients dealing with neck, back, shoulder, and hip issues.

Being active myself through gym training, running, football, and tennis, I understand how frustrating pain and restriction can be — and how important it is to get back to performing and feeling your best.

“Performance isn’t just about training harder. It’s about finding the right balance between running, strength, sport-specific training and recovery so your body can keep adapting without breaking down.”

“Been training for this one the last few months … Finished the Men’s Solo Open in 1:16. Plenty of lessons and definitely a few things to improve on, but stoked with the result. … Onto the next one.”
